Bridges are among the most spectacular and admired examples of mankind’s desire to build. Building this bridge will turn your landscape into an object of admiration, even if you don’t have a body of water to cross! Just create a dry-stream setting for your structure by laying down a bed of rounded pebbles. If that sounds like making an excuse to build a bridge, you’re right. But the more you look at this bridge, the more you’ll search for a reason to build it, too!
Features: Arched construction for appearance and strength. Beams are made from 5/4in. thk. by 6in. wide boards that are glued and screwed (laminated) to form the curve. Copper spindles (made from common 3/4" plumbing pipe) and copper post tops. Build with cedar, redwood, or treated lumber.
