Features: Professional blueprint quality plans. Attaches to an existing house and is finished on the interior and exterior. Each size is shown with a choice of 8/12 or 12/12 roof pitch. The design calls for 2 support posts (not free standing). Three tab composition shingle roof covering.
Sizes: Four basic sizes included: 2ft deep by 4ft or 6ft wide, 2 1/2ft deep by 4ft or 6ft wide.
Plans Include: Material lists, tool list, complete detailed construction drawings, 3D detailed drawings, step-by-step building instructions and design options for ALL bay window sizes. Two sheets (2ft by 3ft each), printed on both sides.
