Build a 2 or 3 car Clerestory Garage from these very detailed, professionally drawn blueprint plans. By definition, a clerestory is "an upper portion of a wall containing windows for supplying natural light". This garage design lets in a lot of light to the upper loft area that can be used as a workshop, office, storage or guest room!

Features: 2 or 3 car garage on bottom with upper loft space above. Interior stairs to loft area. Three different foundation options (cement block, poured concrete stem wall or concrete slab). Lots of building options for entrance door, garage doors, siding, windows, etc. Roof pitch is 7/12 in the front and 6/12 in the back. Professional blueprint quality plans.

Sizes: Four different sizes included. All are 24ft. deep. Options for different widths: 26ft., 28ft., 32ft., and/or 36ft. Garage area ceiling height is 8ft. Loft area ceiling height is 7ft. in center and 6ft along walls.
Loft space is 16ft. 4in. deep and as wide as the building.

Plans Include: Material lists, complete and very detailed professionally drawn blueprint construction drawings, lots of detailed 3D drawings, step-by-step building instructions and design options for ALL garage sizes. Three sheets (2ft by 3ft each), printed on both sides.
