Sizes: Package contains 8 different sizes: 16x18, 16x20, 16x22, 16x24, 20x18, 20x20, 20x22, 20x24. Sizes listed are for reference only since these are corner decks, the house will eliminate approx. 25% of the deck area. All sizes are included in this one set of plans. NOTE: Mostly designed for decks that are built no higher than 4ft above ground (see “Plans Include“ for more info).
Plans Include: Complete written step-by-step building instructions, materials lists, blueprint quality construction details (for foundation piers, frame, deck, railing and stairs) and 3D isometric drawings. Three large sheets (2ft x 1 1/2ft. each) printed on both sides. Even though these plans are designed for decks that are built no higher than 4ft above ground, they also include provisions for building decks that are higher.
