Barry is the President and Owner of How-To-Plans.com, a company that was started in 1990 out of a passion for designing and building projects from wood and metal. Whenever you call or email with questions about a plan or an order, Barry is usually the friendly voice on the other end.

Karen Rach
Karen is the office manager and handles all accounting, payroll, bookkeeping and inner office operations. With over 30 years of banking, accounting, payroll and customer service experience, Karen is the one that keeps this operation running smoothly.

Tina Curcio
Tina handles all mail room operations. She is in charge of making sure all orders are processed and shipped on time.

Joe Costa
Joe takes care of the our warehouse inventory, printing and packaging operations. Joe is also in charge of our fabricating shop. This is where we build most of our projects that we sell plans for. Not an easy job, but Joe does a great job!
