$9.95

Build this EASY combination Toy Chest and Bench from these plans. Paint it, stain it or varnish it - either way, this toy chest will have your kids putting their toys away with a smile!. Simple to make and fun to decorate using decals, stencils, decoupage* or paint ! Toy chest shown was done with colorful animal decals, but you are only limited by your imagination.

Features: Only six pieces, all cut from a 4x6 piece of 3/4in. plywood. Make from inexpensive fir plywood. Hinged lid (bench seat) allows access to toy storage below. Child-approved type lid supports (to prevent the lid from falling closed). Casters for easy moving.

Size: 32in. long by 20in. deep by 24in. tall (to top of backrest). From floor to seat is 13in. tall.

Plans Include: Assembly instructions, full-size traceable patterns for most wooden parts, materials list, plywood cutting layout and 3D exploded assembly diagram. NOTE: Plans do not include colorful animal decals shown in picture.

Skill Level: Basic woodworking skills required.

*Decoupage (derived from the French word decouper, meaning to cut out) is the creative art of assembling, pasting and varnishing paper cutouts for decorating objects.
